NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, a company of the NTT DATA group and a global strategic partner of SAP, announced today the acquisition of Sapphire, a UK-based company that offers software and digital operations services to primarily mid-market clients in the US and UK markets through partnerships with SAP, ServiceNow, Infor SunSystems, HxGN, and AWS. This acquisition underscores NTT DATA Business Solutions’ commitment to strengthening its leadership in the mid-market SAP sector and its ambition to stand out as a leading SAP SI provider for major clients and an advanced provider of digital operations solutions for mid-market clients.

With the acquisition, more than 1,200 existing customers with an average 7-year relationship with Sapphire will transition to the NTT/NTT DATA Group. “Having observed the evolution of Sapphire’s business over two decades, the market command of Sapphire, both from clients and suppliers, is evident.
