Since 2017, Atos has maintained a leadership position in this rating, demonstrating continuous improvement and a firm commitment to sustainability and ESG best practices. MSCI analysts have recognized Atos for its leadership in managing ESG-related risks and opportunities, especially highlighting its strength in “Human Capital Development.”
Furthermore, Atos has been acknowledged for its data security practices, a key factor consistently highlighted in its ESG assessments in relation to industry standards.
MSCI ESG Research provides ratings on selected public and private companies on a scale from AAA (leader) to CCC (laggard), based on exposure to industry-specific ESG risks and the ability to manage them compared to peers. This information is crucial for institutional investors, helping them identify risks and opportunities that traditional investment studies may overlook. MSCI ESG ratings are also used in the construction of their indices.
