Zoom and Mitel join forces to revolutionize enterprise communications with AI

In a strategic move that promises to transform the landscape of enterprise communications, Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and Mitel have announced a pioneering partnership. This collaboration is designed to offer communication and collaboration solutions powered by artificial intelligence (AI) to businesses worldwide.

Key features of the partnership include:

– Zoom-first experience: It will be introduced within Mitel’s hybrid portfolio, including full access to the Zoom Workplace platform.
– Seamless integration: The Zoom-Mitel offering will provide a fully integrated experience without the need for additional plug-ins.
– Access to Zoom Phone: Users will be able to utilize Zoom Phone with built-in support for Mitel PBX platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud.
– Boost to productivity: Mitel’s 70 million end users will have the opportunity to enhance their collaboration experience with access to Zoom AI Companion, Meetings, and Team Chat.

This partnership comes at a crucial time, as 82% of business leaders plan to flexibilize their work styles in the next two years. Additionally, 91% of companies are prioritizing a hybrid approach to their enterprise communications, seeking a balance between control and flexibility.
