Verne Tech offers electronic signature services thanks to the strategic agreement with Validated ID.

The Verne Tech company has reached an agreement with Validated ID to offer the VIDsigner electronic signature service in DocuWare, Sage, Microsoft, and Salesforce, with the aim of facilitating the digital signature process for its users, without having to leave their usual ecosystem. This represents a significant improvement in resource optimization, reducing environmental impact and enhancing the customer experience.

In an increasingly competitive and complex environment, the adoption and integration of Validated ID services represent a breakthrough for Verne Tech’s solution offerings. VIDsigner provides the agility and immediacy demanded by today’s users and eliminates the need for printing, signing, scanning, and resending. Furthermore, it ensures robust authentication of the signed document through the combination of cryptography and biometrics to offer a secure way to identify the signer and ensure the integrity of the signed document.

“Validated ID has the advantage of being one of the few providers internationally offering a wide range of easily integrable multichannel electronic signatures. That is why we have been betting on them from day one to add more value to our services,” says Antonio García, director of Verne Tech.

Meanwhile, Santi Casas, CEO of Validated ID, believes that this agreement “will undoubtedly boost the growth of Validated ID. It is good news and represents a greater reach of our services and a guarantee of innovation, competitiveness, and quality.”

Technological Innovation

With this agreement, both parties share the need to expand and improve digital services through the exchange of information between different ICT solutions. This integration will allow Verne Tech users to securely sign documents without changing already internalized working methods.

Validated ID and Verne Tech are confident that this alliance will generate a robust and transformative electronic signature solution in the digitalization processes of Verne Technology Group’s ICT solutions.
