Veeam® Software, a global leader in data resilience by market share, has announced the appointment of Laksana Budiwiyono as the new Country Leader for Indonesia. With over 25 years in IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions, Laksana has built a track record of delivering solid results and creating high-performing teams. Coming from Trend Micro Indonesia where he served as Country Manager, he developed and implemented a data-driven sales strategy focused on the financial (BFSI) and public sectors, achieving double-digit annual growth. Under his leadership, his cybersecurity team drove new client acquisitions and fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Prior to Trend Micro, he held senior positions at VMware, iForte Solusi Infotek, and Metrodata Group, where he developed long-term relationships with strategic clients and closed key contracts to expand the country’s technological capabilities.
