Telehouse Opens New AI-Ready Hosting Platform at Magny 2 Data Center in Paris

With liquid cooling systems, high energy density, and a focus on digital sovereignty, the TH3 Magny campus reinforces France’s role as a strategic hub for European AI.

Telehouse International Corporation of Europe, a global provider of colocation services in data centers, has announced the completion of a new phase in the development of its Magny 2 center, located at the TH3 Paris Magny campus, west of the French capital. This milestone includes the availability of a high-density infrastructure platform specifically designed to host artificial intelligence (AI) applications, combining energy efficiency, advanced cooling, and technological sovereignty.

With 3 megawatts of energy capacity and 2,000 square meters of dedicated IT space, the new infrastructure positions itself as a key component in Europe’s digital transformation, offering an optimized environment for the operational and thermal demands of the most powerful AI systems.

Infrastructure Designed for Next-Generation AI

“The artificial intelligence revolution is underway. But it is not just a technological revolution; it is also a matter of sovereignty,” stated Sami Slim, Managing Director of Telehouse Paris. “AI sovereignty implies independence from global tech giants, ensuring transparency, autonomy, and security. And that is precisely what we are building here.”

The AI module in Magny 2 integrates direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, capable of dissipating the heat generated by high-performance processors and intensive workloads, significantly reducing the environmental impact. The design achieves an energy efficiency (PUE) of less than 1.3, positioning the center among the most sustainable in Europe.

A Key Node for Sovereign AI in France

Telehouse collaborates with companies like Antemeta, which operates a French sovereign AI platform, and 3DS Outscale, a national leader in trusted cloud services. These partnerships reinforce the Magny campus’s focus as an environment that not only hosts infrastructure but also drives research, innovation, and technological autonomy.

“At Magny 2, it is not just machines that are housed; the future of a secure, ethical, and sovereign European AI is being developed,” Slim adds.

Sovereignty, Performance, and Sustainability

The growth of Magny 2 is part of a strategic trend that prioritizes local, resilient, and energy-efficient infrastructures, capable of supporting the rise of foundational models, training of deep neural networks, and deployments of generative AI.

With this development, Telehouse reinforces its role as one of the key players in creating a critical European infrastructure for artificial intelligence, capable of competing with international hyperscalers from a perspective aligned with European values: privacy, regulation, transparency, and sustainability.
