The Fuenlabrada City Council collaborates with T-Systems, the digitalization division of Deutsche Telekom Group, to implement a new case management system. This is a strategic initiative aimed at progressing toward a fully established digital government model that is more transparent and open, enabling the delivery of public services that are faster, more personalized, and more valuable to citizens.
As part of this project, T-Systems provides a comprehensive management solution that includes a case electronic processing platform hosted on a private cloud, built on its proprietary Future Cloud Infrastructure technology. Additionally, the company assumes all necessary auxiliary services such as consulting, data migration, training, support, and maintenance. Its scope ranges from supplying products and licenses to technical support, system analysis and implementation, operational deployment, migration from previous tools, and executing testing plans to ensure the new digital environment functions correctly.
“By the first quarter of 2027, residents of Fuenlabrada will be able to complete approximately 90% of their routine administrative procedures virtually. This development will significantly reduce waiting times for in-person appointments, decrease processing times, and improve internal management through a more efficient reorganization of municipal information and documentation,” states Aránzazu Herráez, Director General of Innovation and Digital Transformation at the Fuenlabrada City Council.
