T-Systems, the digitalization services division of Deutsche Telekom Group, and the technology company Resulto have entered into a strategic partnership to provide a comprehensive service that ensures the operational continuity of healthcare centers and hospitals working with SAP environments. This agreement enables both firms to offer the healthcare sector a joint solution that guarantees the uninterrupted functioning of healthcare management systems in SAP S/4HANA.
As part of this collaboration, T-Systems contributes its T-Systems Solution for HealthCare (TSHC), designed to replicate and expand the functionalities of SAP IS-H in both hospital and outpatient settings. This platform allows for scheduling appointments, managing patient movements within the facility, capturing diagnoses, procedures, and medical services, as well as the necessary documentation throughout the care process for proper administration and billing. Additionally, TSHC includes a specialized migration tool that facilitates a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA, reducing resource needs, training requirements, and workload for both users and IT departments.
According to Quim Moya, SAP Sales Manager at T-Systems Iberia, “Patient care and critical healthcare processes must operate seamlessly at all times. This agreement ensures the continuity of these functions within the SAP ecosystem, while also enhancing and simplifying them, thanks to a stable data model and user-friendly interface.”
Similarly, Resulto contributes to the partnership with RHP for S/4HANA, a modular and extensible solution focused on clinical management. This tool integrates a visual, longitudinal, and configurable clinical history, a clinical course with structured records of patient evolution, modules for medical history and allergies, as well as a comprehensive medical document management system through a customizable document generator, among other key features for clinical practice.
Alberto Romera, CEO of Resulto, emphasizes that “this partnership with T-Systems allows us to expand our value proposition and offer a comprehensive solution that complements and enhances SAP’s capabilities, providing hospitals with effective tools for both clinical and administrative management. Together, we facilitate more efficient work environments and ensure high-quality, uninterrupted healthcare.”
With this agreement, T-Systems and Resulto strengthen their commitment to technological innovation in healthcare, offering organizations solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize clinical processes, and contribute to a better patient experience.
