T-Systems Iberia has appointed Guadalupe Espinoza as the new Vice President of Finance and she will also join the company’s Board of Directors. With this appointment, the company reinforces its commitment to diversity and its push for increased female representation in leadership positions, achieving 50% female representation on the Board.
With over 35 years of experience in the financial sector, Guadalupe’s addition strengthens the company’s commitment to excellence in management and sustainable business growth. The executive has extensive experience in the financial field and a strong focus on delivering results. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated analytical thinking and strategic orientation that have optimized resources and maximized operational efficiency in the organizations where she has worked.
Guadalupe has been with T-Systems Mexico since 2000, where she has held the positions of Finance Manager and Controlling Manager. In this role, she has been responsible for cost and pricing analysis, evaluating financial performance across various areas of the company, and implementing key administrative processes. Previously, she developed her career in the United States with different companies in roles within the financial department.
