The Spain Pavilion, managed by Red.es, will showcase Spanish digital innovation at the world’s largest technology event.

Red.es, a public entity under the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has announced the selection of 50 tech SMEs that will participate in the Spain Pavilion at the upcoming MWC Barcelona 2025, the global benchmark event for technology and digital transformation, which will take place from March 3 to 6 at Fira Gran Via Barcelona.

This initiative aims to boost the international visibility of Spanish innovation, offering the selected companies the opportunity to project themselves in a competitive environment and connect with clients, partners, and investors from around the world.

A key space for international projection

The selected SMEs will have a dedicated space within the Spain Pavilion, an area of over 1,300 square meters where they can showcase their products, services, and business models. In addition, they will have access to complementary services, including:

  • Promotion of their participation in the Congress, increasing their visibility to the attending public.
  • Presentations on the Pavilion panel, where they can highlight their innovations in front of an international audience.
  • Organized networking activities and institutional visits, facilitating the exchange of contacts and collaboration opportunities.

The event not only serves as a platform for exhibition but also as a strategic space to strengthen the positioning of Spanish companies in the global digital sector.

A constant growth in participation and reach

The interest in being part of MWC Barcelona continues to grow. In this edition, the number of selected companies has increased by 11% compared to 2024, when 45 companies participated. That year, the Spain Pavilion attracted over 10,000 in-person visitors and a similar number of virtual attendees, establishing itself as an essential meeting point for Spanish technological innovation.

MWC Barcelona 2025 represents a new opportunity for the selected companies to shine at an event that brings together industry leaders, startups, investors, and technology experts. Red.es’s commitment to internationalization and support for SMEs emphasizes Spain’s strategic role in the global digital landscape.

This year, the Spain Pavilion promises to be a reference in innovation, showcasing the technological capabilities of national SMEs and their contribution to the development of the digital economy.
