Snowflake Strengthens Partnership with Its Partners to Drive the AI Data Cloud Era

Snowflake, a company specializing in AI Data Cloud, has announced new enhancements to its Partner Network (SPN) aimed at strengthening collaboration with partners and optimizing customer support. These updates are designed to help organizations take full advantage of data and artificial intelligence through a robust platform and the support of experts.

Investments to Support Skill Development

As part of the renewed partner program, Snowflake has launched a series of partner-focused initiatives, including:

SPN Learn: a training and certification platform offering learning modules tailored to different experience levels. Its goal is to make recent innovations and best practices more accessible and accelerate partner skill development.

AI Data Cloud Service Partner Program: the program has been reorganized around a clearer tier structure, providing new stages for progression and recognition. It now includes the Service Registration Incentive (SRI), a new way for partners to earn incentives by driving effective customer interactions.

A stronger community: the rollout of a wider variety of events, both digital and in-person, focused on partners, such as the SPN Pulse webinar series, SPN Connect events, and the Partner Appreciation Reception and Partner Awards during Snowflake Summit. These events promote knowledge sharing and community recognition.

A Redesigned Reseller Program for a Connected Ecosystem

As part of the SPN updates, a revamped reseller program will streamline customers’ journey to success and make Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud even more accessible. It authorizes qualified partners to resell Snowflake as part of their solutions. With support covering the entire customer lifecycle, this program aligns Snowflake’s business priorities with those of its partners, ultimately delivering greater value to end customers.

These changes leverage the Snowflake platform, known for its ease of use, security, and connectivity to thousands of applications, data services, and users. For customers, this means simplified access to AI-powered data applications and faster deployment cycles.
