Snowflake, the AI Data Cloud specialist company, has announced the appointment of Mauro Bonfanti as the new regional vice president for NorMed, covering Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the Nordic countries. Bonfanti will be responsible for driving Snowflake’s growth and expansion strategy in these key markets, focusing on attracting new enterprise clients, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s local teams.
In his new role, Bonfanti will focus on increasing Snowflake’s presence among large enterprise clients, aiming to position the company as the preferred platform for organizations looking to maximize the value of their data and accelerate the development of enterprise AI. Bonfanti emphasizes the importance of strategic partnerships and plans to enhance collaboration with global and regional system integrators to improve the use of customer data.
Bonfanti, who brings extensive experience in IT and data sectors, joins Snowflake with a proven track record in growing multinational organizations.
