The technology firm specializing in security solutions, Sector Alarm, has been chosen as one of the top three Best Companies to Work for in Spain in 2025, in the category of 251 to 500 employees, according to the Best Workplaces Spain ranking published by the consulting firm Great Place To Work®. This recognition solidifies the company’s commitment to a work environment centered on trust, professional development, and engagement.
This marks the seventh consecutive year that Sector Alarm has been included in this prestigious ranking, this time positioning itself in the Top 3 among more than 450 evaluated companies. In its 2025 edition, the analysis included the work experience of more than 425,000 employees across the country.

Sector Alarm has also been the only company in the alarm sector recognized in the 251 to 500 employee category, a milestone that highlights the company’s people management model. According to the Trust Index© of Great Place To Work®, 92% of workers say that Sector Alarm is an excellent place to work, a figure that stands out in an environment with a large proportion of professionals in direct contact with clients.
The awards ceremony took place on March 27 in Platea Madrid, during the 23rd edition of the annual Great Place To Work® event.
