Qlik acquires Kyndi to strengthen its leadership in Enterprise Artificial Intelligence.

Qlik®, a global leader in data integration, analytics, and artificial intelligence, has announced the acquisition of key intellectual property (patents and technology) from Kyndi, an innovator in natural language processing, search, and generative artificial intelligence. This acquisition marks a significant advancement in Qlik’s vision to deliver precise and context-rich answers to complex business questions, combining its expertise in structured data with Kyndi’s pioneering technologies for unstructured data.

The CEO of Kyndi and prominent AI experts will be integrated into Qlik’s team as part of this acquisition. The addition of Kyndi’s expertise and patented technology will enable Qlik to unlock valuable insights from customers’ growing repositories of unstructured data, seamlessly integrating these findings with structured data analytics. This acquisition reinforces Qlik’s leadership in AI and highlights its commitment to providing comprehensive enterprise-level solutions that address the critical need for in-depth analysis across all forms of data.
