The Palladium Hotel Group, the seventh largest hotel group in Spain and a member of the Matutes Group of Companies, has adopted the Datokey system developed by Datarmony to improve its data monitoring and management.
With a presence in various countries such as Spain, Italy, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, the United States, Jamaica, and Brazil, Palladium faces particular challenges in data management due to the scale and variety of its operations.
Enric Quintero, CEO of Datarmony, highlights that Datokey has allowed Palladium to increase the security of monitored data and reduce the time to detect issues from weeks to just 48 hours.
The system is characterized by its adaptability, allowing for quick modification of alerts and introduction of new monitoring, which is essential in the evolving hotel sector.
Palladium uses Datokey to automate the tracking of complex KPIs, identifying potential functional, measurement, or labeling issues in campaigns.
Additionally, Datokey facilitates early detection of issues, preventing them from becoming major obstacles when presenting final reports.
Quintero concludes that the implementation at Palladium represents a success case for Datarmony, emphasizing the importance of having a flexible system that allows for the incorporation of new indicators for analysis.
Datokey Solution
Datokey was created to build a predictive system that continuously uses models trained with the company’s historical data. This system compares the expected values of monitored indicators with their real values and issues alerts of varying severity levels based on the degree of discrepancy and recurrence of divergences.
“Thanks to the activation of Datokey, the Palladium Hotel Group can focus much more on using data to improve its business,” says Enric Quintero, CEO of Datarmony. He adds, “This is possible because their analysts provide more value by receiving alerts to maintain data quality, rather than constantly monitoring them. This allows for time to be spent on higher-value tasks for the group, improving response time and identifying errors.”
“Thanks to Datokey, we have been able to explain problems we had with campaigns and gain visibility to resolve them more quickly,” says Esther Mari, Analytics & Data Manager at Palladium Hotel Group.
The use of predictive tools like Datokey not only solves current issues related to data quality but also sets a new standard for hotel management in the future. By seamlessly integrating with other hotel management systems, Datokey facilitates coordination among different departments, ensuring everyone works with accurate and up-to-date information.
