Global outsourcing firm Intelcia has taken a decisive step in its digital transformation by partnering with Google Cloud to deploy MyData, a next-generation enterprise data platform that is already redefining how the organization measures, operates, and innovates.
Built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leveraging technologies like BigQuery, Looker, and Connected Sheets, MyData acts as a common language that unifies the group’s key data. Its clear purpose is to turn access to information into a cross-functional resource that is real-time and accessible to both technical and non-technical profiles.

A cloud-native architecture for the entire company
MyData serves as a central pillar of Intelcia’s digital strategy, with a fully cloud-native architecture replacing the old OLAP cubes with a modern, scalable, and secure system. The implementation is carried out gradually, migrating each data cube without disrupting current processes.
Additionally, the platform incorporates a robust data governance system, with unified KPI definitions, quality controls, and traceability. This is complemented by training programs aimed at democratizing advanced analytics access through no-code interfaces.
Five strategic dimensions of MyData’s value
The impact of MyData is already evident across multiple business areas, organized around five key axes:
– Performance: Dashboards operate in real-time with nearly instant response times. For example, teleperformance KPIs are updated 30 minutes ahead of the previous system.
– Cross-functionality: The platform manages both structured and unstructured data in all formats. It is now possible to analyze full historical depth of operational files, removing the two-month limitation of prior systems.
– Simplicity: Through intuitive interfaces like Looker and Connected Sheets, users can access data without technical knowledge or VPN. This has facilitated widespread adoption across teams.
– Technological appeal: The modern MyData tech stack attracts high-level digital talent and fosters collaboration among internal data communities, becoming a competitive advantage in the job market.
– Innovation: Connected with Google Cloud AI tools, MyData enables new interaction models. An example is ConverseQuery, an chatbot developed by Intelcia that has already generated over 11,600 automatic responses, allowing natural language analytics queries without writing a single line of code.

This project adds to the successful deployment of Google Workspace among Intelcia’s more than 40,000 employees, strengthening a long-term relationship with Google Cloud aimed at fostering a data-driven, collaborative, and agile corporate culture.
