Former Executive from MásMóvil, Vodafone, and ONO Takes on Leadership of the Company Specializing in Cloud and Telecommunications for Businesses
The Board of Directors of Gigas has announced the appointment of Víctor Guerrero as its new CEO, succeeding Diego Cabezudo, the company’s co-founder. Guerrero will take the helm at a pivotal time, aiming to drive the company’s expansion in the cloud and telecommunications sector for businesses.
With a distinguished career in the industry, Guerrero has held leadership positions at companies like MásMóvil, Vodafone, and ONO, accumulating extensive experience in technology and telecommunications. His most recent role was as General Director of Business at MásMóvil, and prior to that, he was Head of Corporate Clients at Vodafone and General Director of Business and Operators at ONO.
New Additions to the Board of Directors
The leadership change at Gigas is not the only shift within the company, which has strengthened its Board of Directors with three significant new members:
- José Poza: Founder of MásMóvil Ibercom and current advisor at Agile Content and Easo Ventures.
- María Antonia Otero: Former Deputy Director General of Networks and Innovation at Telefónica and current board member at Jazztel, Inversis, Unicaja, and Banca March.
- Patricia Casado: Former director of the innovation incubator BerriUp.
With these appointments, Gigas aims to reinforce its growth and market consolidation strategy, relying on a management team with extensive industry experience.
