The Taiwanese company showcases its most ambitious proposal for comprehensive solutions to accelerate AI deployment at all levels in Taipei.
GIGABYTE, a global leader in high-performance computing, has unveiled an impressive range of infrastructure solutions focused on artificial intelligence at COMPUTEX 2025, under the slogan “Omnipresence of Computing: AI Forward”. The exhibition marks a milestone in the company’s vision as a comprehensive provider for the AI era, with systems spanning from data centers and the cloud to edge environments and consumer applications.
GIGAPOD: Rack-Scale AI Infrastructure
At the core of GIGABYTE’s proposal is GIGAPOD, its high-density AI infrastructure platform, designed to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence models on a large scale. Combined with its management platform GPM, it enables complete orchestration from node to cluster, including real-time monitoring, rapid deployment, and workload optimization.
One of its key features is direct liquid cooling (DLC), which enhances thermal performance and energy efficiency. Through its G4L3 DLC server and the 4+1 rack module, GIGABYTE demonstrates its ability to maximize computational density while minimizing consumption, facilitating the transition to sustainable and intelligent data centers.
Additionally, the company offers comprehensive level L12 services, ranging from consulting and facility design to deployment and operation of AI-focused data centers, with full support for AMD Instinct, Intel Gaudi 3, and NVIDIA HGX platforms.

Optimized Platforms for AI Model Training
GIGABYTE doesn’t just focus on infrastructure; it also leads in developing AI training servers compatible with the most powerful GPUs on the market. Some of the standout solutions include:
- AMD Instinct MI350 and Pollara 400: delivering exceptional performance for next-generation models.
- 5th Generation Intel Xeon with Gaudi 3: for real-time inference at the enterprise scale.
- NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory: featuring the XL44-SD1 server and RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, integrated with Spectrum-X and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.
One of the show’s star products is the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 platform, equipped with 72 Blackwell GPUs and 36 Grace CPUs in a single liquid-cooled chassis, connected via ConnectX-8 SuperNIC, designed for massive inference and agent-based reasoning.
At the Edge: AI for Smart Factories and End Devices
GIGABYTE is also committed to bringing AI to edge computing, using mini-PCs integrated with NVIDIA Jetson, Intel, and AMD, ideal for smart transportation, retail, and computer vision. One highlighted demonstration features a smart factory equipped with real-time flow analysis and people counting.
In the consumer space, the Copilot+ AI laptops stand out, equipped with the GIMATE agent and WINDFORCE Infinity EX cooling, as well as Z890 and X870/X870E motherboards with AI-powered DDR5 overclocking. New GPUs such as the GeForce RTX 50 and Radeon RX 9000, featuring liquid cooling and SFF formats, and pioneering monitors like the FO32U2P, the world’s first QD-OLED with DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20, also take center stage.
GIGABYTE Drives Total AI
The exhibition at COMPUTEX 2025 underscores GIGABYTE’s role as one of the leading drivers of artificial intelligence across all fronts: from data center infrastructure to end devices. With a robust portfolio, strategic alliances with AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA, and a focus on sustainability and efficiency, the company reaffirms its leadership in building a smarter, connected world powered by AI.
