Fujitsu Spain has once again consolidated its position as a leading provider of technology services for businesses, being highlighted for the fourth consecutive year in the prestigious study conducted by Whitelane Research and the consulting firm Eraneos. This report, considered one of the most important in the IT sourcing sector in Europe, assesses the performance of the main players in the technology market in Spain.
The study, which covers approximately 85% of the Spanish market, has analyzed nearly 900 IT sourcing relationships and over 750 cloud sourcing relationships. Around 300 large Spanish companies, selected for their high levels of investment and spending on technology, participated in the analysis.
Satisfaction Levels of the Japanese Multinational
The study reveals that Fujitsu Spain ranks among the highest in overall satisfaction among IT service providers in Spain, being classified as an “Exceptional Performer.” With a rating of 83% in overall satisfaction, 6 points above the market average, the Japanese multinational consolidates a leadership position it has maintained since 2021. This level of satisfaction reflects Fujitsu’s commitment to quality, innovation, transparency, and attention to the specific needs of each client.
Moreover, it highlights the overall satisfaction level achieved in the cloud and infrastructure services category, where the company leads the ranking with 84%. In the applications services category, Fujitsu Spain ranks number two in the ranking with a satisfaction level of 85%, just one point below the top position.
It is important to note that Fujitsu secures this solid ranking position with 89% of customers satisfied or very satisfied, and none reporting being somewhat or very dissatisfied. Thus, the Japanese multinational demonstrates its strength in the Spanish market for the fourth consecutive year.

A Growing Market and New Opportunities for IT Outsourcing
The 2024 IT Sourcing Study in Spain also emphasizes a favorable context for the growth of IT investment in Spain, with 43% of companies planning to allocate higher budgets to external IT services, and 53% citing access to specialized talent and innovation as the main reasons for turning to providers like Fujitsu.
