Fujitsu consolidates for the third consecutive year its position as a leading provider of technology services in Spain.

Fujitsu Spain has reaffirmed its position as a leader in Overall Satisfaction, Cloud and Infrastructure Services, and Workplace Services, according to a study conducted by Whitelane Research and Eraneos, in which more than 285 companies participated.

For the third consecutive year, Fujitsu Spain consolidates itself as the go-to provider for companies in search of IT services solutions for the development and evolution of their businesses. This achievement comes from the latest edition of the most prominent study on technology service providers in Spain, conducted by Whitelane Research, an independent organization dedicated to IT services research in Europe, in collaboration with the consultancy Eraneos.

The study covered approximately 85% of the Spanish market and had the participation of the Chief Technology Officers of the main companies investing in IT technologies. These CTOs evaluated their satisfaction level with IT service providers in various sectors, such as telecommunications, transportation and logistics, energy and utilities, manufacturing, financial services, and the public sector.

Levels of satisfaction of the Japanese multinational

According to the study by Whitelane Research and Eraneos, Fujitsu Spain is the company with the highest recognition in Overall Satisfaction. With an 84%, Fujitsu is positioned as the leading company and maintains its position of leadership since 2021.

The overall satisfaction level obtained in the cloud and infrastructure services category stands out, where the company ranks at the top, being also classified as an “Exceptional Performer”, indicating a much higher company positioning than the market average. Likewise, in the Workplace Services category, Fujitsu once again ranks in first place with 83%.

It is important to highlight that Fujitsu achieves this top position with 95% of satisfied or very satisfied customers and none dissatisfied. Thus, the Japanese multinational once again demonstrates its strength in the Spanish market for the third consecutive year.

Key performance indicators

The performance keys or KPIs have been evaluated based on strategic indicators, such as service delivery, relationship, commercial dimension, and transformation. In terms of service quality, Fujitsu is recognized as number one in “Transformative Innovation”, indicating that the company has the ability to drive transformational change through the use of innovative technologies. Also, in relation to previous studies, Fujitsu has increased its position in all quality indicators.
