ESSCA launches the MIM & Business Engineering in collaboration with IBM and Dassault Systèmes

ESSCA School of Management is launching the new MIM & Business Engineering program, designed in close collaboration with IBM and Dassault Systèmes. This graduate program addresses the increasing need for engineers with advanced management and leadership skills, enabling them to navigate complex industrial environments and lead digital transformation processes.

With this initiative, ESSCA reaffirms its commitment to training highly qualified professionals and adapting its educational offerings to current challenges in industry and digitalization.

An intensive training for hybrid talents

The program is aimed at graduates in engineering and other scientific disciplines (equivalent to 180 ECTS credits), both French and international, who aspire to develop a career in global industrial and technological environments.

The MIM & Business Engineering program spans 12 months, combining theoretical training with practical experiences in leading sector companies.

Program structure

  1. Academic training
    • 12 months of classes in English with a comprehensive focus on management, strategy, and leadership, tailored to current industrial and technological challenges.
    • Development of skills in project management, decision-making, communication, and organization.
    • Consolidation of knowledge on digital transformation and engineering management.
  2. Practical experience in companies
    • A minimum internship period of 4 months with partner companies, facilitating the direct application of acquired knowledge.

This program prepares graduates for strategic roles such as:

  • Industrial project manager
  • Business analyst
  • Innovation manager

A program designed with industry leaders

The close collaboration with Dassault Systèmes and IBM has enabled the development of a training content aligned with the current challenges in the sector.

  • Dassault Systèmes will provide experts, use cases, and facilitate internship opportunities.
  • IBM will contribute through its SkillsBuild program, offering free training in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Sustainable Development, with recognized digital certifications in the job market.
