DXC Technology, one of the leading Fortune 500 companies in technology services, has achieved a prominent position in the 2023 IT Services Study conducted by Whitelane Research and Eraneos. This recognition underscores DXC’s excellence in the technology sector, especially among companies in the IBEX 35.
According to the study’s results, DXC Technology has positioned itself at the forefront in customer satisfaction, particularly in critical areas such as Digital Transformations (87%) and Application Services (84%). Additionally, it has received high scores in Overall Satisfaction (83%), Account Management (87%), Price-Value Ratio (79%), and Transformative Innovation (78%).
Juan Parra, President of DXC for Spain and Portugal, emphasized the commitment and dedication of the DXC team, noting that these scores reflect their continuous pursuit of service excellence. Parra also pointed out that these results motivate the company to continue innovating and offering efficient and effective solutions for their clients’ business challenges.
Alex van den Bergh, Head of European Research at Whitelane, highlighted DXC’s ability to satisfy the vast majority of its clients, with 34 out of 35 expressing varying degrees of satisfaction. Van den Bergh emphasizes that this level of approval makes DXC a trusted partner for organizations seeking to meet their technological expectations.
Whitelane Research’s 2023 Technology Services Study, conducted in collaboration with Eraneos, evaluated over 875 technology services contracts from over 280 of the leading companies and organizations in Spain, ranking the top 25 technology service providers based on their clients’ opinions. DXC Technology’s achievement highlights its leadership and reliability in the Spanish technology market.
