Ultimately, it was decided that evolving towards SuccessFactors was the best option for CEMOSA. Once the product licenses were acquired, the next phase is to develop the implementation project for Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Furthermore, with the inclusion of administrative processes and payroll calculation for its employees, CEMOSA now has an advanced HR platform, completely revamped, that also incorporates SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll as an integrated management system for the remuneration and legal compliance of its employees.
