Beyond Technology strengthens its presence in Spain with cutting-edge digital transformation events.

José Luis Martín (CEO Beyond Technology Europe) hosted enriching meetings on digital transformation in Barcelona and Madrid on April 9th and 11th respectively, where experts from various business fields shared experiences and knowledge about the current situation and the importance of AI. They also discussed the challenges they have faced in implementing continuous improvement. Laura Parra (CIO Cellnex Poland) and José Luis Portela (CEO Alsea Europe) were valuable contributors to the panel of experts. The event was organized by The C-Class, an international community of leaders focusing on Technology, Inclusion, and Sustainability.

At Tech Barcelona, with the city’s port as a fabulous backdrop, Jose Luis Martín presented the work done by Beyond Technology and emphasized the care and support given to employees and their projects. He highlighted the importance of putting people at the center of changes, recognizing their analytical capabilities, and the responsibility of executives in leading digital revolution. Laura Parra warned that companies that do not evolve through technology will lose competitiveness, and Jose Luis Portela stressed the need to provide the resources necessary for projects to succeed and help employees embrace change.

In Madrid, Jose Alberto Ibarra (CIO of C&A Mexico) presented his book “The evolution of digital transformation: The success of Implementation,” sharing his successful teamwork experience and commitment to continuous improvement.

Both Barcelona and Madrid events featured wine tasting and opera performances in the latter.
