AUSAPE will bring together more than 1,000 technology professionals in Granada for its 30th Anniversary.

The XIX edition of the event will be held on May 28 and 29 at the Granada Congress Palace, under the slogan “Soft Innovation: What Else…? Human intelligence and infinite innovation.”

AUSAPE, the Association of SAP Users in Spain, has chosen Granada as the city to host its annual Forum on May 28 and 29 in its 30th anniversary. Since its first edition in 2004, the AUSAPE Forum has continued to grow until becoming a reference in the annual calendar of technological events.

With more than 610 member companies, 20 of which are part of the Ibex 35, AUSAPE is a key player in the SAP ecosystem in Spain. This association’s reference status makes its annual Forum the most relevant independent event for the Spanish SAP community, with an expected attendance of over 1,000 professionals this year.

This edition of the AUSAPE Forum, which will have the central theme “Soft Innovation: What Else…? Human intelligence and infinite innovation,” has already opened the ticket sales period. To attend the Forum, it is essential to purchase tickets through the AUSAPE website: ausape.org.

**A complete and varied agenda**

The agenda of activities for the event will begin on Tuesday, May 28 with the inauguration by the president and vocal of Grandes Eventos of AUSAPE, Nacho Santillana, and a keynote speech on “Human intelligence and infinite innovation” by robotics and automation specialist Alejandro Alonso Puig. Alonso Puig has over 30 years of experience in companies like IBM, Honeywell, or Quark Robotics, and was the first president of the Spanish Association of Robotics and Home Automation (ARDE). Currently, he directs the Technological Consulting Service aKacis in areas of product development, R&D, innovation, startup management, and investors.

The second keynote speech will feature two business personalities: Carlos Grau and Izanami Martinez. Grau is an advisor in commercial strategy, innovation, and digitalization. With a career as Public Sector Director at Microsoft Iberia and CEO of Mobile World Capital Barcelona, last year he founded Grau Innovating Consulting, a consultancy and training firm aimed at supporting business growth. On the other hand, Martinez has 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur launching digital projects, leading her to preside over the Spanish Association of Startups. Currently, she creates multimedia content at Soulgate Media as a gateway to transformation.

The first day of the Forum will also feature numerous parallel sessions, where AUSAPE’s special collaborators will present success stories of their clients in projects related to digital transformation, sustainability, artificial intelligence, migration to SAP S/4HANA, customer experience improvement, or human capital management, among others.

For May 29, there is a performance by comedian Daniel Delacámara titled “Resilience: facing with humor,” followed by a keynote speech from SAP’s Operations Director, Anna Oró, about SAP and human intelligence in business. There will also be Workgroup and Delegation sessions of AUSAPE; Tracks dedicated to BTP, Sustainability, Women and Technology, Employment and Training, International, and the delivery of the 2023 Sustainability Awards, in addition to new parallel sessions. The No Filter roundtable, moderated by Marcelo Castelo, author of the general model of the three dimensions of communication, and the closing ceremony will lead to the gala dinner that will conclude the AUSAPE Forum 2024. The gala dinner and the subsequent show will also feature Dani Delacámara as the master of ceremonies. Delacámara has been performing monologues in theatrical shows, television, and radio for over 25 years and is known for his appearances on the Comedy Club. His humoristic and communicative skills are also oriented towards the business world, with workshops and lectures to train humor sense in companies, work teams, and CEOs.

As novelties, this year, the Employment Forum will be brought back, a meeting point between students of SAP-certified training programs and companies and partners looking for this type of specialized talent. A press room will also be available to facilitate the work of attending media. And as in each edition, networking will be promoted during the lunches and dinners of the two days and in a new space designed to hold individual meetings between clients and partners. On the solidarity side, a blood donation is scheduled for both days of the event, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, in room U1 at the Congress Palace, coordinated with the Granada Transfusion Center. Likewise, a social cause is being selected to collaborate with through AUSAPE’s traditional Solidarity Donation.

The association is confident that in the year it celebrates its 30th Anniversary, its annual Forum will be one of the most important in its history, both in numbers and in the relevance of its sessions and activities. AUSAPE invites the entire SAP ecosystem to be part of a reference event in the ICT sector, where many surprises are expected, and to celebrate their 30th Anniversary with them.
