This agreement grants Arrow exclusive distribution rights in most of Broadcom’s accounts, solidifying its role as a key partner in Europe.
The expansion of the agreement includes the incorporation of solutions from the former CA Technologies portfolio, such as Carbon Black, and covers a comprehensive offering that Arrow will manage in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Cedric Doignie, Vice President of Sales in Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions division, emphasized that previous success with Symantec solutions in the EMEA region has demonstrated the potential of the collaboration. “The inclusion of Broadcom’s software solutions elevates the level of digital transformation initiatives, providing a more complete portfolio for our value-added partners,” he stated.
The agreement will also enable Arrow to offer comprehensive support and value-added services, acting as an extension of Broadcom’s team. This includes technical assistance, training programs, personalized services, and access to a portfolio of solutions encompassing tools for automation, AIOps, application development, IT management, and cybersecurity, among others.
Cynthia Loyd, Vice President of Global Commercial and Partner Sales at Broadcom, highlighted the importance of this collaborative model. “With partners like Arrow, we expand our reach and ensure superior support throughout the customer journey. This program reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for customers of all sizes,” she declared.
Additionally, this agreement is part of a broader collaboration between the two companies, which includes a global Accelerate agreement for VMware CloudHealth, showcasing Broadcom’s and Arrow’s focus on leading digital transformation through innovative and impactful solutions for businesses in Europe.
