Arrow Electronics has launched Copilot for Microsoft 365 on ArrowSphere Cloud, making it easier for its channel partners in the EMEA region to access and providing a dedicated training program to help resellers accelerate opportunities with Copilot.
Copilot for Microsoft 365, which was integrated into the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program in January, uses generative artificial intelligence and natural language processing to enhance users’ productivity and creativity. Arrow, as a Microsoft distributor in over 20 European countries, has more than 300 certified Copilot specialists working locally to support channel partners with their Copilot implementations. Each specialist is fully trained and licensed in Copilot for Microsoft 365, enabling them to have firsthand experience of its impact and help resellers position Copilot to grow their businesses.
Brendan Murphy, Arrow’s global public cloud director, highlighted the company’s own experience as a user of Copilot for Microsoft 365, emphasizing how they leverage this firsthand experience to help resellers build their skills and unlock the platform’s potential. “We spent a lot of time before the launch, working with Microsoft to ensure we were ready from day one. Our resellers wasted no time and started transacting within the first hour,” Murphy said.
To support the channel, Arrow hosted a global live stream on launch day across various social media platforms. Training continues with a wide range of global and local training initiatives, including webinars such as ‘Unlocking the Copilot Partnership Opportunity for Microsoft 365.’
“Since the launch of Copilot for Microsoft 365, Arrow has deployed over 9,000 licenses, training and guiding resellers on how to drive adoption and enhance productivity, creativity, and collaboration for end customers,” said David Smith, Microsoft’s vice president of worldwide channel sales. “With Copilot for Microsoft 365, we can transform the channel landscape, supporting customers at various stages of technological maturity and unleashing their potential with AI in applications, data, and AI models.”
Copilot for Microsoft 365 can be obtained and activated through ArrowSphere Cloud, Arrow’s cloud delivery and management platform. Channel partners can also use the new security dashboard to access an aggregated view of their customers’ security posture, quickly identifying any threats.
In 2023, Arrow was awarded the Microsoft Partner of the Year award in the Indirect Provider category for both Western Europe and France.
