Arrow Electronics and Omnissa sign European agreement to offer advanced digital workspace solutions

Arrow Electronics, a global technology provider, has signed a European-wide agreement with Omnissa, a leading company in AI-based digital workspace platforms. Through this partnership, Arrow will provide distributors across Europe with access to Omnissa’s advanced autonomous digital workspace solutions, a platform that promises to revolutionize the way companies manage their work environments.

Previously known as VMware EUC (End User Computing), Omnissa was acquired by private equity firm KKR in July after being sold by Broadcom. The company, with over 26,000 customers worldwide, offers a comprehensive platform that facilitates unified management of endpoints, applications, and virtual desktops, as well as employee digital experience, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

The Omnissa platform stands out for its self-configuring and self-securing capabilities, driven by artificial intelligence. It is designed to continuously adapt to users’ work needs and habits, optimizing security, IT operations, and costs simultaneously. “Omnissa’s advanced digital workspace solutions align with our efforts to help customers deliver more efficient and modern work environments,” said Mike Worby, Arrow’s EMEA Strategic Alliances Manager for the Enterprise Computing Solutions division.

According to Worby, the digital workspace market will grow in the coming years, driven by increasing demand for remote work solutions and improved employee experience. By including Omnissa in its portfolio, Arrow will enable its channel partners to offer companies smarter solutions tailored to new ways of working.

Al Irizarry, Omnissa’s Partner Sales Manager, emphasized the importance of a strong partner ecosystem in their strategy. “We have been leaders in the digital workspace market for many years. Now, as an independent business, we can offer a more streamlined approach, focused on helping our channel partners capitalize on the growing demand for digital workspace solutions and services,” Irizarry explained.

Omnissa is already available in various European countries, including Germany, Spain, France, the UK, and many more, providing broad coverage to meet the technological needs of companies across Europe.
