Andres Yin Hui has been appointed as the new CEO of Huawei Iberia, where he will continue to drive the company’s activity and maintain its commitment to collaboration with its technological and innovative partners, with the aim of advancing the digital transformation of Spain and Portugal.
Andres Yin Hui joined Huawei in 2005 and, throughout his career at the company, has held various positions of responsibility. Before his recent appointment, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Huawei’s President’s Office for Europe, Jim Lu. He was also Vice President of Human Resources for Huawei in the Central and Northern Europe Region. In addition, Yin Hui has worked in several Latin American countries, gaining experience in Argentina for five years, in Peru for four years, in Bolivia for two years, and in Brazil for another two years.
In his new role as CEO of Huawei Iberia, Andres Yin Hui will lead the company’s operations and promote innovation in key areas such as next-generation connectivity and telecommunications networks, cloud computing, digital energy, and smart devices.
Andres Yin Hui expressed his enthusiasm for his new position: “It is an honor to take on the valuable legacy of contribution that Huawei has made in the region for over 20 years. Andres Yin Hui holds a degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a degree in Marketing from Wuhan University. With his extensive experience and knowledge, it is expected that he will continue to strengthen Huawei’s position in Iberia and promote technological development in the region.
