Altia has announced the acquisition of the Data and Artificial Intelligence business from Verne Technology Group, a deal valued at €4.15 million that also includes the integration of the Verne Academy training division. This operation involves incorporating more than 110 specialized professionals, thereby strengthening Altia’s position in the fields of advanced analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and technological training.

The two units acquired by Altia registered combined revenues of €7.7 million and an EBITDA of €0.9 million in 2024, consolidating a deal that adds value and competitiveness for both Altia and Verne Technology Group.

The purchase of this division aligns with Altia’s inorganic growth strategy, focused on key areas such as Data Governance and Artificial Intelligence. The acquired unit is noted for its high specialization in Business Intelligence consulting, real-time interactive reporting using leading technologies like Power BI and Qlik Sense, and in integrating advanced AI solutions with data analytics through platforms like Microsoft Fabric.
