AI and Hybrid Cloud Become the Keys to Business Competitiveness

Arrow Electronics, a global provider of technology solutions, successfully hosted the 4th edition of the Arrow Hybrid Cloud Summit, an event recognized as a benchmark in the IT sector. The day brought together two major public cloud providers, nine leading manufacturers, and more than 400 professionals to discuss how artificial intelligence, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and data centers are transforming business competitiveness and strengthening resilience against new technological challenges.

In addition to being a key networking point for industry experts, the event served as a platform to launch innovations, including the live demonstration of the new AI functionality integrated into the Customer Portal, developed with ArrowSphere Cloud Assistant. This tool enables end customers to interact directly with their contracted solutions through the partner, opening new avenues for collaboration. Channel partners also shared their experiences with the ArrowSphere Cloud platform, highlighting its role in cost optimization, process automation, agile cloud management, and advancing the digital transformation of their clients.

Under the theme “The Cloud and AI Revolution: Innovation, Hybrid Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence”, the event included two expert panels focused on AI’s impact on business competitiveness.
The first panel, “From Data Center to Cloud: Strategies for a Connected World”, examined the evolution of data centers and how artificial intelligence helps to optimize energy consumption, improve operational efficiency, ensure continuous availability, and enhance security through predictive analytics.
The second panel, “From Data to Decision: Innovation for Business Future”, discussed the importance of having a flexible and scalable architecture that leverages cloud computing to deploy AI solutions focused on automation, service personalization, and sovereign data management. It also highlighted the strategic role of the channel in implementing solutions that boost productivity and efficiency.

Throughout the event, Arrow also presented its IT Market Barometer, a report analyzing trends, investment priorities, and improvement opportunities in the tech sector, providing a clear view of the end customer’s needs and interests.

The event was supported by and featured participation from leading companies such as AWS, Check Point, Dell Technologies, Fortinet, HPE, Lenovo, Microsoft, NetApp, Nutanix, Red Hat, and Splunk, further cementing the Arrow Hybrid Cloud Summit as a must-attend event in the tech ecosystem.
