Arrow Electronics, a global technology supplier, has announced that it has received the designation of “Frontier Distributor” within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, a recognition that distinguishes distributors with the greatest capacity to drive growth for their channel partners and accelerate the adoption of cloud and AI solutions.
The accreditation granted by Microsoft acknowledges companies that stand out for their scalability, technical readiness, and excellence in execution, as well as demonstrating high operational maturity and tangible impact on customer and technology partner results.
A recognition of Arrow’s support for its partner ecosystem
The new designation highlights the role that Arrow Electronics plays in developing infrastructure, programs, and services that enable companies and channel partners to fully leverage Microsoft technologies.
To achieve this, the company provides support through ArrowSphere, its digital distribution platform, as well as through specialized teams in technical, commercial, and training areas spread across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and North America.
This recognition follows Microsoft naming Arrow as “Distribution Partner of the Year” in November 2025, an award that highlighted the AI capabilities integrated within ArrowSphere, including the ArrowSphere Assistant tool.
Boosting cloud adoption and artificial intelligence
According to Sophie Daval, Global Hyperscaler Director for ArrowSphere’s Enterprise Computing Solutions division, the new accreditation is the result of the company’s investments in cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and technical training.
“Microsoft’s designation as ‘Frontier Distributor’ reflects the ongoing investments we are making in cloud, AI, and technical training across our entire channel ecosystem,” says Daval. She also emphasizes that this recognition enhances Arrow’s ability to help partners simplify cloud adoption, support AI implementations, and develop scalable services based on Microsoft technologies.
Microsoft highlights Arrow’s ability to accelerate digital transformation
Meanwhile, Alex Zagury, Corporate Vice President of Global Channel Sales at Microsoft, emphasizes that the designation recognizes leading distributors that facilitate more efficient deployment of cloud solutions.
According to the executive, Arrow has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to promote large-scale technological differentiation and generate value for small and medium-sized businesses seeking to accelerate their digital transformation processes through cloud and AI technologies.
With this new accreditation, Arrow Electronics reinforces its position as one of Microsoft’s key technology partners and solidifies its role in expanding AI and cloud computing solutions globally.
