Arrow Unveils Its Global Experience Centers to Accelerate AI and Cloud Adoption and Monetization

Arrow Electronics, a global company specializing in technology solutions, has launched a network of connected experience centers to support its channel partners in adopting new technologies and developing the capabilities necessary to turn business opportunities into real projects. These facilities, located in Alpharetta, Georgia, and Stockholm, Sweden, will serve as reference points for manufacturers, partners, and customers across Europe and North America.

This initiative aligns with Arrow’s strategy to drive innovation in key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud services, and cybersecurity, fostering environments where partners can experiment with new solutions and accelerate their deployment.

“Our goal is to make technology more accessible and easier to use so that our partners can confidently apply it to solve real challenges,” explains Nick Bannister, President of Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions division for Europe. He highlights that the connection between the two centers allows for testing use scenarios, developing practical demonstrations, and helping partners understand how to deploy and protect workloads across different environments and geographic locations, thereby creating new business opportunities.

Arrow’s experience centers are designed so that both providers and channel partners can better understand the role of rapidly evolving technologies like AI in IT environments, including machine learning, modeling, and data science. The support offered at these centers focuses on three main areas:

  • Hybrid infrastructure: creating and demonstrating hardware and software solutions from multiple vendors, integrated with specific functionalities, to meet the needs of organizations seeking secure cloud deployments and on-premise AI solutions.
  • Cybersecurity, risks, and resilience: helping to develop solutions that safeguard critical systems, data, and operations against an increasingly complex threat landscape, reduce risks, and promote organizational resilience.
  • Services and consulting: providing training, education, guidance, and knowledge sharing to help identify potential gaps and opportunities in solution implementation.

At these centers, Arrow channel partners can access over 100 pre-configured and tested solutions or develop custom solutions with support from Arrow’s engineers and technicians. This ensures that tested, adaptable use cases are tailored to each partner’s or customer’s business.

Collaborating with Arrow and its global experience center has been a turning point for us,” says Kateryna Wikstrom, Product Director at Oxide AI. “Arrow helped us understand the technology and infrastructure and provided valuable access to a network of vendors and channel partners, which allowed us to expand and refine our AI product. This collaboration has not only enhanced our AI agent’s ability to interpret user intent but has also opened new doors, enabling us to create more AI-based solutions on a global scale.” Arrow’s experience centers cover several fast-growing technology areas, such as artificial intelligence, cloud, security, and multi-vendor solutions.
