These observations are supported by a survey conducted by Entelgy, The Business Tech Consultancy, which reveals that 78% of respondents believe AI will have a significant impact on our lives in the next five years.
This optimism comes at a time when AI is at the forefront of social, regulatory, and business discussions. The Entelgy survey also highlights a generational nuance: the vast majority of young people aged 18 to 29 (84%) are particularly convinced of this technology’s transformative potential.

Entertainment
Digital entertainment is emerging as one of the sectors where artificial intelligence will play a decisive role in the near future. Over half of Spaniards (58%) trust that this technology will revolutionize content consumption, from movies and music to video games and streaming platforms. AI will enable more precise personalization of experiences, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and habits, while opening the door to new, more interactive and immersive digital entertainment formats.
Education
Thirty-four percent of Spaniards believe this technology will lead to new, more dynamic learning methodologies tailored to each student’s pace. Respondents particularly emphasize AI’s ability to customize teaching, adjusting content to individual learning needs and styles. Furthermore, its potential to expand access to digital resources is seen as helping to reduce geographical and economic barriers, fostering more inclusive and accessible learning opportunities for diverse student profiles.
Customer Service
The customer service sector is another area expected to experience significant transformation. Nearly half of those surveyed (48%) believe AI will enable faster, more efficient service tailored to individual needs. Smart automation of responses, predictive analysis of needs, and 24/7 support are some of the elements that could improve the relationship between consumers and companies. These improvements are likely to increase customer satisfaction and foster greater brand loyalty.
While the possibilities that AI offers in entertainment, education, and customer service are broad and promising, it is crucial not to overlook the irreplaceable value of the human factor. Creativity, empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to forge emotional connections are qualities unique to people that no machine can fully replicate.
