Launched in 2024 as a quick-response assistant, Kodee has become an operational AI agent in less than two years. Today, it can migrate websites, optimize server speed, add DNS records, or even manage products in WooCommerce stores.

By August 2025, Kodee handled 750,000 conversations and resolved 75% of them autonomously, up from 50% earlier this year. When it acts directly instead of just providing information, customer satisfaction increases by 4%.

To handle the current volume of requests with only human staff, Hostinger would need between 700 and 800 additional agents. Instead, a team of 14 manages and trains Kodee.
