Wildix, a global leader in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) with artificial intelligence, has announced three key executive appointments, now effective. These changes align with the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen execution, enhance partner roles, and sustain innovation across regions, following its most successful first half in history. This expansion complements the recent growth in its leadership team earlier this year.
The UC&C market grows at a 7.8% annual rate and is projected to reach $85.4 billion by 2029. In this landscape, driven by AI integration, vertical differentiation, and increased execution demands, Wildix is doubling down on a 100% channel-focused model. The new leadership aims to solidify the company’s commercial, strategic, and operational foundations and prepare for its next phase of global expansion.
New Executive Appointments
Vitaliy Yarynych, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Vitaliy joined Wildix in 2019 as CIO, spearheading system modernization and digital transformation initiatives that prepared the company for global growth and innovation. With over 20 years of international experience in technology, finance, and telecommunications, he has consistently worked at the intersection of business and technology, leading operations and transformation programs in complex global organizations.
As COO, he will oversee Wildix’s worldwide business functions to ensure innovation translates into measurable value for partners and customers. His focus is on operational excellence and aligning teams around common priorities, creating the structures needed for Wildix to thrive in an increasingly competitive global market. Moving forward, Vitaliy will play a key role in driving sustainable growth and reinforcing Wildix’s position as a trusted unified communications partner worldwide.
Ludovico Mastrocinque, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Ludovico joined Wildix last year with nearly a decade of experience at Slack, LinkedIn, and CoachHub. Since then, he has introduced the first global OKRs, established scalable operational frameworks, and led initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency.
His efforts over the past year have boosted annual recurring revenue (ARR), generating over $2 million in new recurring income through coordinated training programs, product launches, and go-to-market strategies. As CSO, his objectives are twofold: to grow Wildix’s UCaaS portfolio and expand into new markets with x-hoppers, while also streamlining operational efficiency through clear priorities and performance metrics that ensure sustained partner impact.
“Strategy only has value when it drives action,” says Ludovico Mastrocinque, Wildix’s CSO. “Our priority is aligning all teams, resources, and market initiatives toward meaningful results — accelerating growth, strengthening execution, and positioning Wildix to lead both our core UCaaS business and emerging opportunities.”
Jason Uslan, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Jason joined Wildix in early 2024 after over a decade at RingCentral, where he led high-performing sales teams across Europe and North America. As Vice President of Sales, he expanded Wildix’s commercial model, improving consistency, scalability, and impact across regions. In his new role, he is responsible for all global revenue-generating functions related to UCaaS, including partner acquisition, channel sales, presales engineering, customer success, and support, with a focus on accelerating partner-driven growth and ensuring their success across all markets.
Driving Forces Behind the Changes
These appointments follow an unprecedented first half of 2025, marked by:
- A 35% year-over-year increase in monthly recurring revenue (MRR), with an expected 40% growth by year-end.
- The launch of Wilma AI, Wildix’s proprietary agentic AI engine, enabling smarter, people-centered UCaaS solutions.
- The successful debut of the Sales Academy, offering scalable training to help partners grow and succeed in a competitive market.
- Accelerated adoption of x-bees and x-hoppers, Wildix’s vertical solutions that continue to deliver measurable business results in sales and retail.
Together, these milestones reflect Wildix’s evolution as a channel-driven, goal-oriented communications provider designed for today’s workplaces. “We are investing in leadership that understands the power of the channel and puts people at the heart of digital transformation,” explains Steve Osler, Wildix’s co-founder and CEO. “These initiatives aim to build something sustainable together. We’re ready for what’s ahead, and we want our partners, customers, and future team members to be part of it.”
