The AI company signs a multiyear agreement with Oracle to enhance the training and deployment of language and vision models, focusing on security, efficiency, and edge deployments for businesses and governments.
Seekr, a company specialized in artificial intelligence dedicated to developing secure and transparent AI solutions for business and government clients, has signed a strategic multiyear agreement with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The goal is to accelerate the development and global expansion of language and vision models and to offer “trustworthy” AI platforms with a special focus on security, performance, and resource efficiency.
Advanced Infrastructure for Trusted AI
Seekr will leverage OCI’s advanced AI infrastructure, powered by the latest AMD Instinct MI300X GPUs, for large-scale multinode training, optimizing resource usage and facilitating the global expansion of its solutions. According to the company, using OCI enables the rapid and secure deployment of the SeekrFlow™ platform, designed to efficiently and transparently prepare, train, and validate AI data.
The capability for multinode training and access to powerful GPU resources is particularly relevant for Seekr, which collaborates with major satellite providers and government entities in the massive analysis of image and sensor data. “Developing state-of-the-art vision-language foundational models requires enormous GPU computing capacity,” says Rob Clark, president of Seekr. “Oracle and AMD provide the infrastructure, high-performance multinode computing, international presence, and mindset that make this possible.”
An Efficient and Cost-Effective Deployment
This collaboration allows Seekr to train large-scale language models (LLMs) and AI agents faster and at a lower cost, thanks to OCI’s optimized architecture and technical and economic flexibility. Chris Gandolfo, executive vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and AI, emphasizes that OCI’s infrastructure “enables Seekr to train LLMs more efficiently and at a lower cost,” while also facilitating performance optimization and rapid model iteration.
Negin Oliver, vice president of business development for the GPU Data Center area at AMD, highlights that Seekr is “setting a new standard in high-performance AI development” with the use of Instinct MI300X GPUs and OCI’s enterprise AI infrastructure.
Trusted AI for Businesses and the Public Sector
The agreement includes a joint go-to-market strategy to accelerate the availability of Seekr’s solutions and grow its customer base in both the business and government sectors, including federal agencies.
OCI, with its bare metal and GPU instances, provides a robust platform for tasks ranging from natural language processing and computer vision to recommendation systems and advanced analytics. Oracle’s engineering support assists clients throughout the entire process, from planning to deployment, ensuring success and continuity.
A Step Towards Democratizing Safe AI
The alliance between Seekr, Oracle, and AMD reinforces the trend toward artificial intelligence platforms that combine high performance, security, transparency, and ease of global deployment, bringing reliable and efficient AI closer to both innovative businesses and governments that require the highest standards of data protection and reliability.
