The multimillion-dollar investment in Guadalajara strengthens CoreX’s global expansion and positions Latin America as a hub of innovation in AI agents for digital transformation.
CoreX, a next-generation technology consulting firm specializing in the ServiceNow platform and part of NewSpring Holdings‘ portfolio, has announced the completion of the acquisition of Volteo Digital, an Elite ServiceNow partner with a strong presence in North America and Latin America. This move marks a key strategic step in CoreX’s international expansion, which includes a ambitious investment in a new Agent-Based Artificial Intelligence Lab in Guadalajara.
This new lab will serve as a center of excellence in AI and intelligent automation, where clients, experts, and innovators will collaborate to design custom AI agents and accelerate the adoption of ServiceNow in complex digital transformation initiatives.
Agent-based AI: a new paradigm in business automation
As explained by Rick Wright, CEO of CoreX, “We are not only expanding our global footprint, but also creating something revolutionary for our clients and the entire ServiceNow ecosystem. This lab is a multimillion-dollar commitment that brings our vision of redefining what’s possible through specialized AI agents on the ServiceNow platform to life.”
The lab will also function as an executive demo center, where the most advanced capabilities of ServiceNow can be showcased to current and potential clients in real-world scenarios, focusing on operational efficiency, user experience, and business agility.
Latin America: a key region for ServiceNow’s expansion
From ServiceNow, the strategic importance of this investment was highlighted by Enrique Upton, regional vice president and general manager for North Latin America: “Latin America is one of the fastest-growing regions for ServiceNow. CoreX is uniquely positioned to help us meet the needs of this dynamic market with local, scalable, and highly innovative solutions.”
Thanks to the new infrastructure in Mexico, clients will have access to a library of reusable AI agents, business use cases, and preconfigured scenarios that address operational challenges in areas such as customer service, IT operations, human resources management, logistics, or regulatory compliance.
“Our Center of Excellence and AI Lab is a tangible investment in the future of our clients,” added Fernando Gordoa, CEO of Volteo Digital. “They will be able to accelerate their innovation cycles and reduce the time to achieve value with solutions ready to be adapted to their specific business contexts.”
