Capgemini has announced a new strategic collaboration with NVIDIA to accelerate the enterprise adoption of agentic Artificial Intelligence. The French consulting firm will develop over a hundred industry-specific solutions powered by NVIDIA technology, aimed at facilitating the implementation of AI agents in sectors such as healthcare, finance, automotive, telecommunications, and retail.
Thanks to the integration of NVIDIA AI Enterprise and NVIDIA NIM™, companies will have access to a high-performance deployment ecosystem that will simplify the adoption of advanced solutions based on autonomous agents. Capgemini will also provide a gallery of pre-configured agents, reducing complexity and accelerating deployment times.
“Agentic AI is changing the way we live and work,” said Chris Penrose, Global Business Development Head for Telecom at NVIDIA. “Capgemini understands the business challenges and knows how to tailor these AI agents to each industry to deliver real value.”
AI for Every Industry: From Smart Factories to Clinical Trials
The solutions catalog includes a wide range of use cases such as:
- Automotive: intelligent agents for monitoring autonomous driving and digital twins in simulated environments.
- Finance: agents for fraud detection and real-time personalized investment management.
- Retail and Logistics: monitoring of shelves in stores and warehouses with automatic restocking activation.
- Healthcare and Life Sciences: agents that accelerate drug discovery or adapt clinical trials in real-time.
- Public Administration: virtual assistants for administrative tasks and fraud detection using AI.
- Telecommunications: network automation (AI-RAN) and assisted translation in customer service centers.
Each solution is designed to integrate securely into existing technological infrastructures, ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance, and consistent performance, thanks to the integrated governance framework provided by Capgemini.
Digital Sovereignty and Sustainability: The Norway Case
One of the most notable examples is the Telenor AI Factory, created by Capgemini in collaboration with Telenor and NVIDIA, which was launched in November 2024. This platform, located in Norway and operational with 100% renewable energy, offers companies a sovereign and secure AI cloud, tailored to their local needs.
“With the AI Factory, we are building a secure and sustainable foundation for AI innovation in Norway,” explained Jannicke Hilland, Executive Vice President of Telenor Infrastructure. “Capgemini has been key to this project, ensuring that the solution meets the highest standards of data security and sovereignty.”
Agentic AI as a Driver of Business Transformation
According to Roshan Gya, CEO of Capgemini Invent:
“This collaboration with NVIDIA represents a decisive step in our commitment to scaling generative and agentic AI. We are helping our clients transform their businesses from strategy to execution.”
With this alliance, Capgemini aims to accelerate the adoption of AI agents designed to adapt to business processes, automate complex decisions, and sustainably, securely, and effectively transform daily operations.
