Aire Group has announced the appointment of Randa Lamallam as its new Chief Operating Officer, in a strategic move aimed at driving growth and transformation within the telecommunications sector.
A professional with extensive experience in the technology sector
Lamallam, a Telecommunications engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, brings a wealth of experience in the technological field. Her professional background includes significant roles at leading companies such as Ericsson, where she worked for a decade in the automation of support for 4G and 5G networks.
Responsibilities and objectives in her new role
In her new role, Lamallam will lead the Delivery and Support areas, overseen by David Donaire and Rita Bereczki, respectively. Her main objectives include:
- Implementing management strategies to improve operational processes
- Optimizing service delivery processes to ensure quality
- Managing and improving key technologies
- Leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams
- Developing collaboration between departments
- Aligning operations with the group’s strategic goals
- Facilitating effective communication and cooperation between teams
