As part of this alliance, IBM has designed a training program for Minsait, which includes online itineraries and in-person sessions, culminating in certifications that empower the entity’s experts to address various use cases with IBM technology.

Raúl García, Ecosystem Leader at IBM for Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Israel, emphasized the importance of this collaboration in developing innovative solutions that drive digital transformation and create a tangible impact on Spanish companies.

### Use Cases and Benefits
Currently, several use cases are being developed in the realm of User Support Centers. Thanks to the generative AI-based solution, the following has been achieved:

– Significantly improve audit process efficiency

– Select calls requiring specific attention for manual review

Ignacio Fernández, Minsait’s Global Director of Financial Services, highlighted that this initiative will accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence among Spanish organizations, exploring new horizons and business agreements.

### Flexibility and Scalability
The joint initiative started under IBM’s cloud architecture, leveraging its agility and scalability. However, the architecture is designed to allow a seamless migration to an on-premise environment, offering great flexibility as the collaboration progresses.

Through the development and implementation of innovative solutions based on generative AI, this joint initiative will help Spanish companies address current and future market challenges, enhancing their competitiveness and efficiency in the digital age.
