This innovative program aims to provide comprehensive support throughout the post-sales experience, offering advanced security resources, alerts, webinars, and ongoing education on cyber threats such as ransomware and data breaches.
Sophos Customer Success will feature a team of experts providing specialized advice to help customers optimize their security investment and strengthen their strategic defenses. The program includes the integration and expansion of Sophos’ portfolio solutions, ranging from managed detection and response (MDR) services to security for endpoints, networks, email, and the cloud.
Additionally, Sophos’ Customer Success team will closely collaborate with channel partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to expand support services, ensuring a unified point of contact that can quickly address inquiries and share relevant threat information.
