NEURA is advancing in the development of Cognitive Robots and Humanoids using NVIDIA Isaac.

NEURA Robotics, a pioneer in cognitive robotics, announced today that it has joined NVIDIA’s Humanoid Robot Developer Program, leveraging the NVIDIA Isaac robotic development platform along with its own Neuraverse platform to accelerate the development and implementation of cognitive and humanoid robots.

Advancements in Cognitive Robotics
With access to a wide range of NVIDIA technologies specifically designed for developing cutting-edge robots, NEURA Robotics will apply its advanced knowledge in cobot applications to train cognitive and humanoid robots using the NVIDIA Isaac platform, including Isaac Lab and Isaac Sim for faster robot training in diverse simulations.

Collaboration for Innovation
NEURA’s product portfolio includes cobots for current industrial applications (LARA series), the first cognitive cobot (MAiRA), mobile robots and manipulators, and the humanoid robot 4NE-1. This diversity offers robotics developers a range of robots based on a single platform integrated with AI, connected through Neuraverse, benefiting from the capabilities offered by NVIDIA Isaac.

Developers can build specific robotic assistants for applications using NEURA Robotics products built with NVIDIA technologies, such as NVIDIA Jetson Thor, providing demanding computing capabilities and enhancing onboard AI performance to deliver high performance to customers.

Ambitious Visions Accelerated
NEURA Robotics aims to deliver up to 5 million humanoid and cognitive robots worldwide by 2030. Training for various applications in diverse real-world environments would involve time-consuming processes. Through NVIDIA’s Humanoid Robot Developer Program, NEURA Robotics utilizes NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab capabilities to simulate more robots in parallel through reinforcement learning. This is crucial for modern data-intensive deep learning models. NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, NVIDIA NIM microservices for robot simulation and learning, along with NVIDIA OSMO orchestration service, simplify and scale complex model architectures. These tools and technologies will help NEURA Robotics achieve its growth and delivery goals more quickly.

Statements from NEURA Robotics CEO
David Reger, founder and visionary of NEURA Robotics, commented on the collaboration: “This initiative aligns perfectly with our mission to serve humanity using innovative robotic technologies. We are excited to collaborate with NVIDIA to help advance robotic operations, control, and simulation. By combining NEURA’s innovative cognitive robotics solutions with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and simulation platforms, we are equipped to push the boundaries of humanoid robotics even faster.”

About NEURA Robotics
Founded in 2019 by David Reger in Metzingen, NEURA Robotics aims to fill significant innovation gaps in robotics and usher in the era of cognitive robots. NEURA’s philosophy is to embody AI and emphasize collaboration between humans and machines to increase productivity and improve quality of life, thereby serving humanity. The company integrates all components and sensors, as well as artificial intelligence, into a single device, similar to a smartphone manufacturer, and provides its partners with a platform for joint application development in various fields. All new technological components needed for this approach, including AI, are developed by NEURA Robotics, setting new standards in intelligence, accuracy, and safety. NEURA’s cognitive robots can see, listen, and have a sense of touch. They operate fully autonomously and learn from experience.
