37% of Spanish Entrepreneurs Will Incorporate Generative Artificial Intelligence This Year.

The adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) is on the rise in Spain, with 37% of business owners planning to implement it this year and 17% already using it, according to the Perspectives 2024 study conducted by KPMG and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE).

Areas of Application of GAI

Data from the study indicates that GAI will be primarily applied in the areas of operations, customer relations, marketing, and sales. This technology, which is based on machine learning models to generate novel creations, promises to transform various aspects of the business, driving efficiency and innovation.
